چکیده

The distribution of factor V Leiden G1691A, II G20210A, MTHFR C677T, and H1299R polymorphisms known to predispose thrombophilia in 215 cases 40 controls admitted with indication recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) was investigated. Genotyping performed by melting curve analysis using simultaneous PCR (RT-PCR). There no difference between genotype allele frequencies the case control groups terms examined (p>0.05). In Factor gene G1691A polymorphism, 12.6% GA group 90.0% GG (wild) genotypes were found be higher than other genotypes. G20210A 94.5% 97.5%, respectively, C677T 43.7% CC 40.0% CT A4070G 87.4% AA 80% However, frequency risk A for (6.8% 5%), (3% 1.2%), determined groups. T (35.9% 42.5%), which is A4070G, G (6.5% 16.6%), determined. When our study results evaluated, relationship RPL polymorphisms.

Frequency of factor V Leiden (G1691A) and prothrombin (G20210A) polymorphisms in Population of Kerman Province, Iran

Background & Aims:Thromboembolism is an acute cardiovascular disease that ranges from clinically unimportant to massive embolism. Both acquired and hereditary risk factors contribute to the disease.
We aimed to determine the prevalence of two hereditary predisposing factor of the disease, prothrombin G20210A and factor V Leiden (G1691A) polymorphisms, in Kerman population.<br /...

Factor V Leiden, MTHFR C677T and Prothrombin Gene Mutation G20210A in Iranian Patients with Venous Thrombosis

Background: Factor V Leiden, Prothrombin gene (G20210A) and MTHFR (C677T) polymorphism are the main biomarkers for evaluation of tendency for venous thromboembolism. We aimed to investigate the frequency of mutations in factor V Leiden, Prothrombin G20210A and MTHFR C677T and identify the genetic status for these mutations in patients with venous thrombosis. Methods: This study was carried out...

background: recurrent pregnancy loss (rpl) caused by various genetic and non-genetic factors. after chromosome abnormality, thrombophilia is one of the most important genetic factors that could cause rpl. factor v leiden and factor ii g20210a mutation were the most common mutations cause thrombophilia in the world. objective: the purpose of this study was to determine the frequency of factor v ...

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss in a Subject with Heterozygote Factor V Leiden Mutation; a Case Report

Recurrent pregnancy loss is usually defined as the loss of two or more consecutive pregnancies before 20 weeks of gestation, which occurs in approximately 5% of reproductive-aged women. It has been suggested that women with thrombophilia have an increased risk of pregnancy loss and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Thrombophilia is an important predisposition to blood clot formation and is cons...

Association between the thrombophilic polymorphisms MTHFR C677T, Factor V Leiden, and prothrombin G20210A and recurrent miscarriage in Brazilian women.

Some cases of recurrent first trimester miscarriage have a thrombotic etiology. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of the most common thrombophilic mutations - factor V (FV) Leiden G1691A (FVL), prothrombin (FII) G20210A, and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T - in women with recurrent miscarriages. In this case-control study, we included 137 women with two o...
